Meet the team

Mark Lamont

Managing Director

Mark has worked at the company 23 years and started out as our Estimator/Projects Manager, becoming Projects Director and finally MD. He has experience of the technical aspects of the job covering draughtsmanship, surveying, estimating, workshop production and site installations. He has run projects all over the world and ensures on time and on budget practice is a prerequisite for all projects.

Matt Briggs

Sales & Marketing Director

Based in London Matt’s role is to ensure that the ambitious growth plans for DMN are delivered in a clear and strategic fashion.  Matt ensures that the very highest standards of customer service are set and exceeded wherever possible. Prior to joining DMN, Matt ran several of his own agencies after working “client side” for many years. Giving him a unique insight into the needs of our clients.

Stephen Lindsay

Technical Director

Stephen has been in the exhibition industry for over 40 years starting on the shop floor to working his way up to Production Manager. He started his own company in 1983 and gained great experience in all aspects of running a successful business until he joined DMN in 2004 as Projects Director. His responsibilities are to oversee the smooth transition of all projects from sales into production.

Mark Gill

Production Director

Mark has been with DMN since 1997 when he started his career with the firm as a joiner. He now heads up the production team, managing the process from prototype to handover. He is there to ensure our workmanship always lives up to the highest standard.

Tara Atkinson

Head of Projects

Tara is one of the Project Managers here at DMN. Her purpose is to make the customer journey a smooth and pleasant one. She has been at DMN since 2013, previously serving 13 years as an Account Manager at a leading Marketing and Design agency. Tara previously trained as an Interior Designer working for the local authority and private sector, then moved into the exhibition industry.

Martin Stevenson

Project Manager

Martin has 14 years’ experience in exhibition and events; working across many sectors including automotive, pharmaceuticals, gaming and telecommunications.  This experience has given Martin a wide-ranging knowledge of the industry. Martin’s responsibilities include ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within budget and to the high quality that we demand.

Alan Hepworth

Estimating Manager

Alan began his career in exhibitions as a decorator before graduating to the contracts department. Having extensive experience in delivering complex build projects globally, Alan’s role is to ensure that clients work is accurately costed and that projects are then delivered on time and on budget.

Lynsey Rhodes

Head of Finance

As Head of Finance and a member of our Senior Leadership Team, Lynsey combines responsibility for all financial aspects along with resource planning, operational change and HR. Lynsey is pivotal to the onward growth of the business in helping identify areas for investment within the business and ensuring that we have a dynamic employee base capable of responding the demand of our clients.

Phil Wilson

Account Manager

After studying Design for Exhibition and Museum Phil started his career designing furniture and products for Hygena and Spring Ram. Joining DMN in 1989 Phil designed exhibition stands and POS worldwide for various sectors and budgets. Now he is one of our Account Directors with a wealth of experience liaising with the client from taking initial brief to on-site handover.

Jamie Lamont

Account Manager

Jamie joined DMN in 2017 coming from a previous Sales & Marketing role in the Toy & Games industry. Jamie’s creative and focused approach to client management ensures fantastic results for his clients, working with them on projects across the UK and globally.

Lorraine Hart

Business Development Manager

As the driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts, Lorraine often the first point of contact at DMN remains a consistent link throughout a project. With an extensive background of experience Lorraine brings energy, professionalism and warmth to DMN.

Craig Featherstone


After completing a degree in Architecture in 2012, Craig went on to gain solid industry experience both in the design and construction of exhibition stands. Craig joined DMN in 2015 with his keen eye for detail.  His speciality falls in delivering both exhibition stands and retail concepts that are all creative, practical and specific to the design brief.

Danielle Bingley


Danielle joined us in 2015 after attaining a degree in Design for Exhibition & Museum at the University of Lincoln. As a creative Danielle understands that designs need to continually reflect the changing market and works to provide engaging interactive results. Whilst promoting innovative ideas and concepts, Danielle is relishing the chance to broaden her design experience here with us at DMN.
